📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and videos
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement parts
- Partial refund
- Full replacement (if confirmed defective)
⏳ Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of their order, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that customized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
